- document used for the purchase (passport / ID card);
- full name of the title-holder of the purchase;
- date of birth of the title-holder of the purchase;
- social security (USA) or similar document of title-holder of the purchase;
- telephone numbers (fixed and mobile);
- full address, including ZIP CODE.
